Just a couple weeks more and the October 2011 CPA Board Exams will be upon us. I'm wondering how the CPA reviewees are doing? Nervous for sure. Some may even feel inadequate and are now thinking of perhaps postponing taking the October 2011 Exams and go for the May 2012 version. I know I did, during my time. After thinking about the expenses that my parents spent on review fees and board however, I decided that I owe it to them to at least take the board exam and whatever happens will happen.
Confidence in taking the Board.
Taking the CPA Board Exams is just like any other important decision we make in life. We need to commit to it and face the consequences of our actions. Failure is always part of any worthy cause but the important thing is that should something like it happen, we should be able to face it like a man. Of course it's going to hurt but not taking a chance is a whole lot worse.
So for those reviewees who are starting to doubt whether they'll make it, don't be too shy and just go for it. Success in everything is for those who are brave enough to take a step towards their goal be it taking the board exams or some other thing.
